Fitness Instructor Cindy Sullivan is using Zoom to teach virtual Better Balance with Cindy classes to BHV members! Cindy will lead registrants through a variety of exercises for stability and mobility during this 40-minute classes Tuesdays at 10:30 a.m. BHV members only. 

There will be a fee of $10/class.
